Please note: When we receive an order for a box of 10 reeds, we open the sealed box and pack the individually wrapped reeds along with the cardboard box (flattened, ready for reassembly) into a a strong mailing envelope. This means it's much more likely to fit in your letter box so to avoid you missing the delivery, and helps us keep our postage costs low, ensuring the best price for our customers, in turn.
